Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia and the largest city in the country. It is within the state of Selangor on the central west coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The history of KL as it is better known as goes back to 1850 when Chinese traders came here for opening tin mines. The city enjoys a equatorial climate all through the year. Kuala Lumpur has a well developed transport system with the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Sepang connected to the city via the KLIA Ekspres and it takes about 28 minutes by a high speed train to reach the airport. It takes about an hour by road to reach the airport by road from KL. Kuala Lumpur also has a monorail system which makes it a good place to stay.
The real estate market in KL is matured and lots of business houses have set-up their offices in the city. The Petronas tower is one of the principal business locations and houses many offices.
